I know about the twitter app in facebook, but I am on the move a lot and want to post status updates (Using my iPhone) on facebook and them also go on Twitter (Or vice-versa).

meebo. it syncs every account!
You can even go on meebo on computer too. Its a 5 star app. Meebo syncs;
gmail
TWIITER
aol/aim
msn/hotmail
yahoo mail
etc.
