I use the twitpic program and when I text a picture from my phone, it'll send it to my twitter, but it won't post a caption. How can I post a caption with the text? And if twitpic doesn't have that feature, is there another site that does?

Go to http://www.twitpic.com . Then, connect your twitter account to it. Then it will give you an email that you can send the pictures to from your phone && it will update. : )
