Every time I try to follow anyone I mean like absolutely anyone it says forbidden.... Why does it do that?

Twitter followers are people who sign up to receive twitter messages, brief text messages from friends, celebrities or politicians. If you cannot follow someone on twitter or it is forbidden, you either have to sign up through twitter or request to follow that person and he or she has to accept you as a friend. Also there may be a glitch in twitter because it's overloaded and In that case, try again a couple of hours later.

if not glitch overload etc go set in settings!
