I am launching a small online company, and I like to advertise it online but I dont really like the pay per click function provided by the marketing company. I like to know other options I can approach to them, and I can have a better knowledge when I am negotiate with them.

the best ways to introduce a new online company is Google AdWords and Facebook advertising . But if you want to promote it free then free classifieds services are the best like

affilaites (quite risk free minus the setup fee)
sponsorships (you can sposor a website by branding your calls to action on their site)
Social media
Viral media
Mobile (sms, mobile web marketing)
