things along the nature of "I eat big hairy cock" but obviously more creative. I already plan on changing his background and profile pictures to a big "I like my own ****" posters.

There's always the classic "I'm gay." but you probably want something more out there. A strategy is try to make it sound like its actually him, look through his other posts and copy his language and usage for best results.
