I just started using Twitter, and I want to know how to get a trending topic started. And, how to tweet on a trending topic. Please help me

To start a Trending Topic : This is mostly ONLY possible to people with many followers, because What you say becomes a trending topic if many people Retweet it. (maybe 50000+ people)
And to tweet on a TT, just include the Keyword in your tweet..
example if a Trending Topic keyword in "#NOW", your tweet can be something like "i am here #NOW"
when you click on #Now from the list of Trending Topics - your tweet and other people's tweets containing that keyword will appear.
