So my account did get suspended but it was becuz of error. And it said my followers and following account should return to normal. I had 300 followers and after like half a day it says i have 13...does it take awhile to get it back to normal or what?

You will not get your followers back because the follower who followed you have already unfollow you so i don't think you will get it back. If you really want to collect followers on your twitter account then use twiends.com from where you can collect huge amount of followers.
