Zoloft. It works, but I also had used my credit card for buying things to make me feel good (less inhibitions) So it does make you feel less responsible about things in general.
Don't tell the credit card companies that little tibit.

Low grade doses of Xanax is what worked best for me and no side effects. It is addictive so you don't want to take more than needed. I've been using it on and off for the last 5 years but never take more than 1/2 MG at a time. They do have it in 1/4 MG as well. You might want to start with those.

They're all scored in the center so if you already have some and they're .05 MG just break it in half and you'll still have a quarter MG. If not take the half. It won't hurt anything in moderation .. so as not to become dependent upon them. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU & GOOD HEALTH

London underground doves are what helped me get over my social anxiety. This is marketed as a legal alternative to ecstasy and can be purchased online. Realize that ecstasy was originally designed for this very purpose. Be very careful with xanax as it is a tranquilizer. Xanax + alcohol = blackout! Trust me I know from experience. Whatever drug you choose you need to use it in conjunction with cognitive behavioral modification. If you can’t afford or don’t want to go to therapy then go to meetup.com and see if your area has any active social groups (site is 100% free). Sign up for as many groups as you are interested in and start RSVP’ing all decent events. Sometimes go on doves (it makes you very social and chatty, you’ll realize you can be very social when relaxed) and sometimes go sober so you don’t use it a total crutch. Just keep going to events until you no longer feel nervous meeting new people and being out. It took me about 6 months of going out 2 or 3 times a week but I finally feel comfortable in almost all social situations (and I no longer use doves at all!!) Anyway, hope that helps…..

Good luck!!!!!!
