I made a video for Justin Bieber so he can notice me but i dont know where to send the video. I cant upload it to youtube, facebook, twitter or anything else because its for everyone to see and I dont want that to happen. I want to a way i can send my video to him privately without anyone knowing.
I need an idea asap.

Publicly would be more possible for him to see than privately.

drug their chauffeur, highjack their car. steal their phone and upload the video to the phone. then get the celeb drunk so they cant remember and randomly find the video.
thats just a joke. i dont really know sorry.
