Hi guys I am having a big big problem well I want to follow people and it does not work for example I want to follow people in my twitter app in my phone and it would say forbidden and if I got the the computer it will still not let me follow people and I tried looking at the help in twitter but it does not really help and I only follow 9people so how can that be the limit please guys can u help I am really stuck and I waited for 2 days and it still the same thank you. 5points for the best answer

Contact the Twitter people about it or I think you could make a new account.
