So I'm making a twitter and I was wondering can anyone who knows me find my twitter from my number? I'm using my phone so i don't know. 10 POINTS

No, they cannot. They can find you through your e-mail. If you have linked your Twitter to Facebook, they can find you through there (same with other social networks).

No, people cannot find your Twitter address from knowing your phone number.
Unless, somewhere on the net you have posted your phone number with your twitter address or an email address that someone can search and make the connection
