For example, let's call this person Zeppo. How can I find Zeppo on other accounts such as facebook, bebo, twitter, twine, delicious, etc. Their email address is unknown, and they can use different usernames as their real names. Is there a way to find people?

well if they have myspace,
ask them if they have other accounts on myspace,
or ask in real life.

If you use Firefox, use the Who Is This Person? add-on. You would just highlight their name, right click and pick a site from the drop-down menu.
Or you could try to see if they have a wink.com account. It has all sites in one place but only if they have a wink account.
