i had it on twitter and somehow and i deleted the picture and somehow it got upload onto a website called snpros. i deleted my twitter account and the snpros account has been deleted but the picture hasn't
will it be removed over time

Unfortunately it will be there forever.

you could take a chance and request twitter customer service to try removing it from server database

If it's been deleted from every account, then with some time, it will be removed.
If it's been shared or uploaded to a different account or website, then it may not be removed.
