I want more visitors to my WordPress blog. It's an online journal that contains a variety of subject matter ranging from the serious to the frivolous. So far, I've relied upon commenting on other blogs, which gets a few hits, and StumbleUpon, which is next to useless. I refuse to sign up to Facebook or Twitter because my blog is written under a nom de plume and I don't want my relatives sticking their beaks in my business. I thought about using a blogger forum to spread the word. The question is, which one? What social media sites do you recommend (apart from the aforementioned)?

I am using Chictopia and Lookbook.nu. You can also leave comments on other blogs that have similar topics like you. You will earn extra visitors.
