I make videos on YouTube and want more people to see them. Any suggestion? I already told all my friends and posted on Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.

Make interesting videos. Unless you're a celebrity you will have to work from the bottom up.

Set a theme. It could be a blog, but what specifically? What will your growing viewers be able to expect instead of risking random videos they aren't interested in? It could be about your philosophies, you playing video games, a how-to blog, or even movie reviews
