I have like 15 new follower request but i cant find them on my htc evo twitter app. How do i get to them?

Just go to twitter.com/friend_requests

As you already know, twitter .com isn't going to help you with your mobile app. It's too bad you didn't give the name of your phone though, or I might have been able to send you directly to a site.
No matter, but that's what you have to do now. Go to the site where you downloaded the app and look for help there.
