He is from The Summer Set. I'm not sure how famous they are, but does any one know if there is a address I can send Stephen Gomez fan mail? And does anyone know if a fan made (or bought) him something he would use it or wear it?

I couldn't find any fanmail address for Stephen Gomez, but you can send a fan message on Twitter, and you may get a reply if you're lucky.
