My friend is a little scared lol because she went and viewed this guy she likes twitter page two times when she went back she found it private so now she thinks he knows but I told her she is just being crazy and he can't find out i think so yeah help

No, Twitter doesn't have a feature where you can see who viewed your profile. People private their account all the time for no reason, but most of the time is because they have a lot of spam bots tweeting them random things. Your friend has nothing to worry about; however, if you decide to stalk down every single tweet they've done and favorited or @replied to a tweet they posted months/years ago, you might have a problem on your hands.
