Depending on your age and gender the answer is gonna be different.
For starters you could go to a salon ask for a nice and fresh hair cut that suits you...if that's still not enough for you, and if you're not too young you could look into cosmetic surgery.

Cut down on the makeup, and I think you'll look really nice. I love your eyebrows, they're thick, but they're a nice shape. Very pretty

Oh honey. You don't need to "improve" the way you look. There's nothing we can do to change the way we look, so why not embrace it? What you could do though, is instead of trying to improve the way you look, try to improve the way you feel about yourself. Whenever a negative thought about yourself comes, push it out with a positive thought, like with something you like about yourself. It takes practice, but it can be done. And then not only will you feel better, people will notice your confidence. Hope this helps!
