first you gotta find a celeb that follows back. i know that Justin Bieber (@justinbieber) Cody Simpson (@TheCodySimpson) Greyson Chance (@greysonchance) Tim Urban (@TimUrbanMusic) and others follow people. but you have to tweet them tons and tons.

They usually only follow people they personally know. But some follow back, so try asking. If they don't, it's either because they don't want to, or didn't see your reply. Good luck!
