I would think One Direction
Selena Gomez is mostly famous because of Disney and she was dating Justin Bieber
One Direction seems to have alot of Tweens/Teens going crazy over them.They are known because of UK X Factor and they have became a hit outside of the UK.

She may have more followers and whatnot, but she isn't really that famous. And she's mostly known for Disney channel, and Justin Bieber. One Direction are famous worldwide and become this famous in just over two years.
