I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THAT http://read19.com suggested and got some good results but I seem to have hit a wall at 3000 followers. What should I do to get over that limit.

Make sure to tweet relevant tweets, i.e. not too much personal what you did for the day type stuff unless your twitter followers are all friends. Also make sure to respond to people's tweets even if you aren't following them. They usually will end up following you in return if you write something interesting.

The more useful content you have, the more likely people will follow you. You should try funny tweets. It is also a good idea to read more free tutorials online about getting Twitter followers.
