Because you're not literally following them you're just reading their tweets

Dear Where's

It is acceptable to follow people on Twitter because they have implicitly invited you to do so. Also, they only share with you what they choose to share. Therefore following someone on Twitter obeys the rules of etiquette, whereas waiting for them in the bushes outside their home and following them to Starbuck's or their place of work, does not.

they put it out there its not likes someone hacked their computer, put a camera in their home or hang around outside or anything.

they choose to put it out there on the net for anyone to view.

The first example is stalking

that's like me putting sht up on a website for everyone and their brother to view , or the general public then calling someone who views it a stalker, theres a big difference between that and HACKING someone and taking their stuff and following them around everywhere- if i put something up on a website or any info i dont care who sees it. celebs are glad they got followers besides that probably
