if it is being used by another Facebook then no.
FYI it is against Facebook policy to have more then one account and could lead up to the suspension of all of your accounts if you're caught.

No, here's the rule: once an email has been used for a Facebook account, you cannot use it for another account even if you delete it from the first account. You will have to simply create a new email ID.

No you Can Not If its In Use With a Another Facebook Account than its Not Possible
