I have like a WordPress blog and I have a Twitter account and I want to add like the thing that let's you follow that person Twitter. Does anyone know how do to that?

Nope, but there has ti be an embed code somewhere on there... Alot of times I just attach my websites to other websites example:

Try tweetbacks by Yoast.com.
And also check out wp-stats-dashboard to follow the statistics of your blog.

Yes.. ofcourse you can ask you readers to follow you on twitter.
Actually, that's a very good marketing technique..
Just add a twitter badge to your wordpress blog linking to your twitter page.. I added it to my blogger blog a couple of days ago.. and already there are about 20 followers
There are some other tools aswell which will improve your presence in twitter..
