I was recently hacked by someone who knew my password on FB and
now I can't sign in in neither of my accounts on msn nor facebook.

Facebook may take some time to get back to you and they may even ask some further documents to verifiy your identity. A similar issue happened to my friend and she was able to get back her hacked account in 3 weeks.
