Disconnect internet.
Also use parental control software to lock out websites like those.

Well heres what you can do:
1) Take up a new hobby
2) Stop paying the bill
3) Delete your accounts
4) Limit yourself to how much time your on.
I understand your problem lol. I am a computer science major ( soon to be ). The thing about the internet, is that as itself it is a whole other social network that is hard to get away from. This is because it has everything that you need and it is suitable for you in times of boredom XD
