Make more of your own posts, then people will reblog them and follow you. Before I started making my own posts I was stuck on 10 followers for ages and as soon as I started it shot up to 26. (not many but it's a start, ha).

You can share your share your profile to many social networking site like facebook,twitter,linkedin etc and you can get following.

Keep in mind that doing good work, being constant and patient is the most natural way of getting new followers.
