I think your account was suspended. Follow the instruction given by the twitter, then you can get your followers and tweets back

Sounds like your account might be locked. There is a small possibility you could have been hacked. However, it sounds like Twitter suspended you. Next time you should read the guidelines about adding followers and making tweets to avoid this in the future.
