I see him around my neighbour hood since I was young and Idk how he found out my name and stuff! He stares at me when I see him... He's not creepy and all... Is he interested? Would guys do this?

He's been stalking you!.. Probably not crazy stalk, but likes you stalk. He's taken the time to find out what your name is and everything. But hi would be a nice word for him to say to you.
