There's a REALLY nasty spammer on twitter, and I've already reported them, and gotten some to report them as well. How many people need to report this user before their account can be suspended? Thanks.

If you've already reported the spammer on Twitter, then that's all you did. Spamming is already strictly prohibited on Twitter and users will risk getting their accounts suspended for this.
