I keep getting total randoms/strangers following me on Twitter. How do I stop this from happening?
I know that I can just block everyone who tries to follow me, but I'm just too lazy. Is there an easy way to stop randoms from following me?

Stop twittering. All your Twitter updates are public; if you don't want anyone to know about them, use something like a diary.

I am not sure whether we have any tools to stop the follow. There are lot of software available nowadays to create followers.
