There are a lot of strategies a new agency can take. I’m not going to go into detail on any one but will list a few of the most popular and effective ways to grow a book of business.
-join local marketing organizations
-go and talk to dealerships, realtors and mortgage brokers
-buy internet leads
-send out mailers
-go door to door in your area
-advertise via tv, radio, local papers

Sharpen your focus by deciding who comprises your customer base, who are you trying to attract? It will make a difference in your marketing plan. Are you seeking seniors? Young families? Singles? Business owners? Real estate professionals? Then develop a marketing strategy that works best for that group.
