I just now deleted my old twitter and want to make a new one. But is says my old account will permanently be deleted in 30 days. It won't let me use my old email I assume because my old twitter isn't permanently deleted. Is there anyway I can permanently delete it now so I can make a new one with out waiting 30 days?

It takes time to be permanently deleted to twitter account. You should read its terms and conditions.There is no way to make new account with your old email address. There are a lot of other email accounts that have to be deleted. Admins works daily on deleting accounts but the world is full of twitter users so managing it to all is difficult. You have to wait till one month to permanently delete your account and details.
Why don't you use your another email address to make new account?
