Okay, so I get a Twitter account, and I can twitter from my phone, I use a 3rd party app, I also make use of 3rd party photo, audio, and video services, another 3rd party service shortens web links, and yet another saves web pages for me. All of these 3rd party apps access my Twitter account, although I never actually "see" Twitter. No ads, nothing. What's up? How can they do this? Are they some sort of front for information collection?
