Ok So Im Thinking About Getting A Virgin Mobiel Phone With Free Data....But When I Get Like Facebook,Twitter apps etc,Will They Need Wifi So I Can Get On Them???. I dont want the phone if i have to find someone with unlocked wifi to get on an app.

You don't need to be in an area that has WiFi in order to get on the internet. VM phones come with data plans which enable you to surf via the data connection on your phone. However that does not mean you cannot also use a WiFi connection.
I have a VM phone and connect to the internet with it all the time.
