I think the two lines in between stand for two walls? I don't get this quote. My friend posted this on twitter towards me.

It looks like you have a very close friend there. By any chance is this your best friend or are you guys pursuing a relationship? If so that person wants to get closer to you.
You may want to return the favor and post a quote to tell your friend how you feel. You can say something like this:
