I need help I see people as the top account on Twitter to see what I mean type in @obeyryan_ and view tweet results. He isn't a celebrity and he is the top account he is NOT VERIFIED JUST THE TOP ACCOUNT. or view @celine_Caroline. She is a top account how do I become the top account???? What to do???? Please HELP!
