The hardest thing to do is move on from someone you still have feelings for ESPECIALLY when they called it off & not you. I've been there done that. Delete him from everything. Block him from everything. Creeping his stuff on facebook & twitter etc. is so easy but it's only going to hurt you more. DISTRACT yourself, keep yourself busy, see people you haven't seen in so long. Focus on yourself. Talk to new people. Talk to people in general to vent... I know you may be afraid of annoying people but the one's who care the most will always be there to listen. Cry your eyes out, eat so much junkfood, but never forget to have a backbone and do nor allow yourself to be walked all over. Remind yourself of the negatives, remember why it didn't work out. Cut him off though. I can't emphasize this enough - as long as you stay in his life he will never have the opportunity to miss you the way you miss him. It's very hard to do but it's a must. Remember that there's nothing wrong with crying and being upset. At the end of the day, no one can help you, you must help yourself... but there's no time limit. Time heals all wounds & no one can tell you to just move on, girl. Talking to new people will help though
All the best, I know it's difficult & it hurts like hell, but you will get to where you want to be emotionally.
