I've shared indiegogo.com/lolasurgery via Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest to save our rescue's life.
Does anyone have other sites I can share this link with to save our rescue puppy for Christmas?

Contact PetFinder, an SPCA or rescue near you. They can post a "courtesy posting" on PetFinder.
You could also post an ad on online ad websites like Craigslist, Kijiji, etc. But I personally recommend PetFinder first.

Make a bio on PetFinder.com, this site has such a far reach and is very easy to navigate for potential adopters.
