For relatively cheap money you can advertise on facebook, this can then be linked to a Facebook page which can be liked and as your "likes" grow then so will your website popularity, well at least that is the theory. Besides the correct marketing technique you must also make sure that your website meets up to needs and expectations of the potential customer, if they are satisfied by this then they may also spread your website by word of mouth to friends/family. You could also try local advertisement, Radio/Newspapers.
