This girl i went to elementary school with, her names sarah hackett, started going to la to sing and now her videos on youtube have over a million views and she has 415 thousand followers on twitter. Would you consider her a celebrity. Shes also only 16

No. She's a notable web personality if she has views like that, but she isn't someone that the majority of people would recognize or have heard of.

It's possible because no buddy knows that what will happen to his/her life. There are many celebrities examples.
