I have virgin mobile service - my bill is paid, I've taken the battery out for three minutes, let it sit - I've also restarted my phone. At first I got all of my facebook/instagram/twitter notifications, not messages. Then I was getting picture messages - then it all stopped. Now I'm not sending or receiving texts at all. It's snowing pretty bad where I'm at - My friend sent a collosol of messages earlier, but I doubt that has an affect on my service. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I called the VM phone number and they made me manually reset my phone. Everything then worked perfect. And it was free.
