I've seen District 2, District 7, District 8 etc written in people's twitter bios. Does it have anything to do with the Hunger Games? What's the point of it?

You can go to the fb app that will assign you a Panem District and just goof around and pretend you are someone from that District or some people might have an affinity for where those Districts are located or what they do there, or perhaps one of the Tributes
