Question for mature guys - after you break up with a girl, do you pretend via social media (facebook/twitter) that you are doing well so that your friends don't think you're sad and depressed? How hard is it for you to actually express openly that you are upset/sad?

I don't pretend. If I break up with someone, its for a reason, so ai am usually happy to be away from her
