Twitter is a place where people where people follow celebrities but there have been normal people who have become "Twitter Celebrities" i.e. Non Famous people who have a large no. of twitter followers
There are several ways which can help you to become one
1.Become a Celebrity (Obviously too tough)
2.Tweet something controversial
3.Make your tweets funny and full of satires and trolls of celebrities and current affairs
Sticking to "Having urge to" will make your tweets monotonous and boring

You need to give people a reason to follow you by having worthwhile content. Most people who are real followers need a reason to come to your page. Try to find free tutorials that can help.
