Say you don't want her making a preemptive judgement without getting to know who you are. Tell her that you really want to get to know her and that you never meant to run her off. Be sincere and honest and maybe she'll warm up. Good luck my friend

Stop acting desperate. She has moved on, most likely found someone a little less clingy and I'd suggest moving on as well.
