I just got a twitter account, and I want to talk to people about my problems. Is that done? If so, how?

the internet is a horrible place to look for help. Strangers dont care about your problems and will just make fun of you, as i am tempted to do now. Look, if you really need help and cant go to a friend or loved one, you can call suicide prevention hotlines. They are anonymous and free.
