unlike product marketing,service marketing is very complex and unpredictable to its nature.why is this so?

Things are always changing, people change their mind on what they want to buy for a service, today its backlinks and tomorrow its twitter followers... I would say try to keep up with the current trends and change up your avenue for delivering your service. Good Luck
