I have my iPod touch 4th gen. I updated my Twitter app. Is it possible to change the trending location from Worldwide to Philippines or other countries? If yes, please tell me how. Thanks

You can select View all trends, under the discover (#) tab.
You can also select your location under Me -> Profile -> Edit Profile -> Location, but I don't think that changes your trends.
In other words, it appears you can't really, sorry.
